Return Policy
Milliken & Company (“Milliken”) is very proud of its innovative YES Essentials® products and our superior customer service. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, please contact us to discuss the problem. Due to the custom-made nature of these products, Milliken will only accept returns for defective products in accordance with this return policy and our limited warranty. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the initial purchaser (“you”) can return your new YES Essentials® product if you have not used the product and either Milliken shipped you the wrong product or there is an obvious manufacturing defect in the product. At Milliken’s option, Milliken will replace or repair any wrong or defective product at no charge, or to the extent permitted by law, Milliken may also elect to refund the purchase price of any wrong or defective product. THIS IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS RETURN POLICY. To make a claim, call (1-888) 937-1241. You must provide proof of your purchase and obtain written or emailed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Milliken prior to returning any product. Milliken will pay shipping charges as described in the RMA. If you return a product that you ordered that is not defective, or if the product has been used, you agree to reimburse Milliken for any shipping charges Milliken incurs.
